By using the 3Keys platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2.Use of Service

3.Account Registration
To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.Listings & Content
When listing a property or posting content on the platform, you confirm that:
- You own or are legally authorized to market the listed property.
- All listed information and images are accurate and not misleading.
- You do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
5.Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Posting false or fraudulent property information.
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform or its services.
- Using automated tools to scrape data or send spam messages.
- Impersonating any other user or real estate agent.
6.Liability
3Keys operates as an intermediary connecting users with real estate agents and is not liable for the accuracy of information provided by agents or for any transactions conducted between parties outside the platform. The user is solely responsible for verifying a property before completing any deal.
7.Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
8.Market data and price indicators
The market pages, district price pages and price comparison badges show general statistics republished from government open data (Ministry of Justice, Real Estate General Authority, General Authority for Statistics) under the KSA Open Data License, with their sources cited. This information is for general reference only. It is not a property valuation, an opinion on the value of any property, or investment or legal advice; 3KEYS does not provide it as a licensed valuer, and it is not official data issued by those authorities. The data may contain delays or errors from the source, and 3KEYS accepts no liability for decisions made on it. Any property valuation must be obtained from a valuer licensed by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM).
9.Governing Law
